The DEFY IT Guarantee applies to purchases made directly through www.defyithealth.com. Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate reseller.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customers are required to return their order for a refund. The returned product must be sent back in its original packaging. Please repackage properly so that the returned item is not damaged during shipping.
The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. DEFY IT Health Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.
The refund only applies to first-time purchases and for the first bag or bottle. If multiple products are purchased, they must be returned unopened and in good order for a refund. For subsequent orders, proof of manufacturer defect is required for refund or replacement. Please repackage properly so that returned item is not damaged during shipping.
Please note refunds will come in the form of a mailed physical check from DEFY IT Health and made out to the customer who made the order. The total time to process a refund can take up to 30 days. During this time, please refrain from filing any type of claims for refunds with your credit card provider to avoid prolonging the process.
