Free Shipping:

DEFY IT Health offers free USPS first-class shipping on all orders. Free shipping only applies to domestic (USA) orders. International orders require shipping payment. Customers have the option to pay for more expedited, upgraded shipping.

Shipping Policy

DEFY IT Health utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for shipping.  When you place an order, you will be given your USPS and UPS shipping options.  In some instances, UPS will not display as their service locations can be limited.  

USPS Shipping Delivery Estimates:

  • Priority Mail Express = Typically 1-2 Days
  • Priority Mail = Typically 1-3 Days
  • First-Class Mail = Typically 3-5 Days
  • Priority International Shipping = Typically 6-10 Days depending on country

UPS Shipping Delivery Estimates:

  • UPS Ground = Typically 1-5 Days
  • UPS 2rd-Day Air = Typically 1-3 Days
  • UPS Next Day Air = Typically 1-2 Days
  • UPS Worldwide Express = Typically 1-3 Days (mornings)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver = Typically 1-4 Days (afternoons)

Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped. During M-F, we typically ship within 24 hours. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays or after 12:00 pm PST Mondays-Fridays.

DEFY IT guarantees we will ship your order with the shipping method you select.  We do NOT guarantee that your order will arrive in the estimated time frame.  We do not have control over USPS or UPS shipping or how they process shipments.  If you have issues, please contact your local USPS or UPS location.

Shipping Restrictions:

DEFY IT Health ships throughout the world excluding the following locations:

– US States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin

– US Cities and Counties: San Diego, CA, Denver, CO, Alton and Jerseyville, IL, Union County and Columbus, MS, and Sarasota County, Florida.

– Countries: Australia, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Thailand, and Vietnam

We do not ship partial orders. If an item is back-ordered and you wish to receive a partial shipment, please contact our customer service at support@defyithealth.com.

If an order is returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues shipping fees are non-refundable.  If an order is not delivered by UPS or USPS, DEFY IT will reship another order only after working with the customer to determine a way to ensure the order will arrive.  If an order has been confirmed as delivered, DEFY IT is not responsible for the shipment.
